Derrick is the founder and CEO of iMar Learning Solutions and the founder of Seedlyng Financial Education. His experience building an education venture has included product development, partnerships, pilots, educator training, and implementation.
Before and alongside his entrepreneurial work, Derrick served as a classroom educator, AVID Coordinator, AVID Elective and Excel teacher, and Innovative Design teacher. His professional experience also includes AVID implementation strategy and staff development.
That combination shapes his coaching: helping founders clarify their customer and offer, weigh options, develop partnerships, and follow through. He also provides specialized education-market and implementation consulting.
Through Wesley Advisory, he offers focused strategy sessions, coaching series, ongoing founder support, and specialized education consulting.
