Education market entry

Build the route from
interest to implementation.

The Wesley BRIDGE method connects customer discovery, pilot design, procurement planning, and adoption. Each stage ends with a decision and a usable deliverable.

B · Buyer & problem

Choose a narrow customer segment. Separate the budget owner, instructional champion, end user, and approver. Deliverable: buyer/problem brief and stakeholder map.

R · Readiness & resources

Check the timing, funding source, procurement path, technical requirements, and staff capacity. Deliverable: readiness checklist and risk register.

I · Impact & evidence

Define the improvement the buyer needs to see and what you can credibly demonstrate. Deliverable: outcome measures, baseline plan, and evidence inventory.

D · Design the pilot

Agree on participants, scope, responsibilities, support, timeline, and the decision at the end. Deliverable: pilot charter with conversion criteria.

G · Get to adoption

Plan the purchase process, onboarding, training, support, and communication. Deliverable: adoption and procurement action plan.

E · Evaluate & expand

Review progress against agreed measures and determine whether to improve, renew, expand, or stop. Deliverable: decision brief and next-stage plan.

Four weeks. A useful decision each week.

Week 1 · Focus

Choose the buyer, define the problem, and identify the assumptions to test.

Week 2 · Validate

Review customer evidence, refine positioning, and test pricing assumptions.

Weeks 3–4 · Plan

Build the pilot, adoption plan, and outreach priorities. Finish with a 90-day roadmap.
